It turns out that The Dude is a pretty damn good photographer. Jeff Bridges photography dates back to the 1970s when he started capturing behind-the-scenes photos on the movies he worked on. He recently had the opportunity to have his first European solo photography exhibition in Bologna, Italy entitled: “Jeff Bridges Photographs: BIG LEBOWSKI and Other Shots”. It ran from October 3 through November 15 in Bologna, Italy.
The exhibition was staged by ONO Contemporary Art. The show features his unique black & white images of set life and portraits of fellow actors.
The 60 photograph black & white collection comes from movies like American Heart, The Big Lebowski, The Fabulous Baker Boy, Texasville, and True Grit. Check out the video by Artmaker.TV to see the show and some of his work.
